As a health insurance provider, SulAmérica needed to honor and communicate in a special way on Customer Appreciation Day. In this context, there were two target audiences to be impacted by the campaign: the external audience and the internal audience, SulAmérica employees. For this purpose, a series of materials were created, including banners, WhatsApp cards, emails, and more.
